We make touring easy, with online tour scheduler, offering in-person, virtual and self-guided tours. Please be prepared to show Government Issued Photo ID to tour our community.

To uphold fair policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, residential verification, and employment verification. combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 2.5X total rent.

You can submit your application anytime online or stop by during regular office hours to submit your application in person. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner and to be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. At the time you submit your application, a processing fee of $50 per applicant will be due. If it has been longer than 5 business days, please call the front office at 406-412-7625 and we would be happy to check on the status of your application.

We are excited for you to call The Amber home! Move-in expenses include your 1st months rent and security deposit. Any other service you have added on will also be due at that time.

Your rent payment includes your monthly rent and a $89-$119 monthly charge for the smart home internet package. We do not include utility services such as water or electricity in your rental rate. Utilities are set up in your home and will be billed to you monthly by Conservice whom you will pay directly. To pay your rent, simply create a login to your resident service portal and you will be able to pay by electronic check, credit, or debit card. Our residents are our #1 priority. We strive to respond to all service requests within 3 hours to ensure your home is maintained to your satisfaction**. Non-emergency service requests are handled during regular business hours. You can request maintenance service from the convenience of your own home via our resident portal! You can also call 406-412-7625 to request help from our maintenance team. You may choose to be present and give us a preferred time to come by or you may give us permission to enter in your absence. *Tip you can download our resident portal app for more convenience. Look up RentCafe Resident on your preferred app store to have easy access to your resident portal.

We are proud to call The Amber Townhomes pet friendly! Our monthly pet rent is $50.00 per pet plus an additional deposit of $500. We allow a maximum of 2 animals per unit. Learn more about our breed restrictions.

Yes, parking is available onsite for our visitors and residents. Visitors to our office can use the designated "office parking" spaces near the Clubhouse during business hours. Resident and guest parking are located throughout the community.

The Amber is proud to offer a smoke-free environment, including all amenities plus indoor and outdoor spaces.

Students living at The Amber attend Arrowhead Elementary School, Will James Middle School and Billings West High School. For more information about schools visit Billings Public Schools website. We are also conveniently located near Montana State University Billings, Rocky Mountain College, Rocky Vista University, Montana College of Technology, and Yellowstone Christian College.

Yes, we offer in home washer and dryers in every apartment.
